Blue Trail Loop, 24GB Mac mini, AirTag 2, iPhone 16, more9to5Mac

Alongside Amazon’s ongoing low on AirPods Pro 3 and a deep deal on AirPods 4 with ANC, today 9to5Toys Lunch break it starts almost unheard of 52% a price drop on Apple’s latest Trail Loop in blue and black. Those deals also join new lows on the latest black Trail Loop model and a chance to save $100 on the more affordable M4 Mac mini with 24GB of RAM and this big sale on the Elevation Lab AirTag 2 mount/case from $8. You’ll find some deals on the MacBook Air, until $620 discount The iPhone 16 Pro, and more await below.

Official Apple Trail Loop in blue w/ black finish just got an anonymous 52% off at Amazon (all time low)

At this point I’d be almost sick of saying it if the deals weren’t so hot this week, but Amazon just dropped the price (again) on the official blue Apple Watch Ultra Trail Loop. This time we see the Black Titanium finish model down to the lowest price we’ve ever tracked and an almost unheard of 52% savings.

Amazon is now offering Apple’s latest Blue/Bright Blue Trail Loop with Black Titanium connectors for your Ultra 2/3 down $47.30 shipped– this is the best price it has ever been sold for.

Over $47 isn’t exactly the most affordable Apple Watch band, and it’s a lot more than the endless bin clones you can find on Amazon, but the official Apple Watch Ultra band that just came out a few months back for under $50 is borderline insane.

It’s not uncommon to find unboxed Apple Watch Ultra bands for 50% off, but right now, for some reason, Amazon is getting downright aggressive with pricing on Apple’s latest bands. Since this offer is, historically, out of pocket, it might be a good idea to take your wallet out of your pocket to take advantage. If this year is anything to go by, these deals will soon disappear.

Apple’s latest Trail Loop in black just hit its best price ever on Amazon (again), up to 50% off

This 24GB M4 Mac mini is now $300 less than the model you can buy on Amazon

Deals on the current Mac lineup have been, in general, slow and slow starting in 2026. The exception here is the latest M4 Mac mini – while prices are back on most configurations on Amazon now, B&H recently brought back a $100 price drop on what is, in my opinion, one of the most compelling configurations you can buy.

B&H now also offers the M4 Mac mini with 24GB of RAM and 256GB SSD $699 shipped. This is the standard $799 configuration when purchased from Apple now which sees the same $100 price drop that we showed you last time.

As a quick reminder, you can’t buy this legit setup from most major retailers like Amazon and Best Buy.

Now, you might ask how the 256GB Mac mini can be one of the most compelling options for me, and understandably so – that’s a very low amount of internal storage.

My answer here is this – we’re looking at the cheapest Mac mini configuration you can buy with 24GB of upgraded RAM. As I have explained before, this is where I like to invest when it comes to Apple development. I’d really like to set up 512GB or 1TB of internal storage, but considering how expensive it is to upgrade these things to a Mac mini, it’s a matter of picking your battles here and for me I might as well get some RAM horsepower, save some money, and use external storage to help the cause on the backend.

Amazon has Apple’s 1TB iPhone 16 Pro for $620 from orig. current price (Renewed Premium)

While we’re well into the iPhone 17 cycle at this point, people looking to get Apple’s latest handset without paying anywhere near list prices will want to check out Amazon’s Renewed Premium iPhone listing – we’ve detailed the pricing proposition here before and you can also get the 1TB iPhone 16 Pro for as much as possible. $620 discount new original list price.

Amazon is now offering the 1TB iPhone 16 Pro in refurbished Premium mode for less $879 shipped in a few different colors. You’re looking at the original $1,499 iPhone release from late 2024 now for $620 less. For comparison’s sake, that’s the same price you’d pay for a comparable unlocked iPhone 17 Pro right now.

Today’s services and charging deals:

Apple’s AirPods Pro 3 is somehow still sitting on Amazon for a long time – probably not for long.

Amazon is still offering Apple’s latest AirPods Pro 3$199 low time. We’ve already revealed this deal, but given how sought after these pieces are we want to make sure people don’t miss out. We’re talking about the world’s best wireless ANC earbuds at the lowest price ever.

Normally $249, you can now pick up a set of Apple’s third-generation pro-grade AirPods at $199 shipped. Aside from limited open box offers from less-than-stellar retailers and a few YMMV/price error gifts, this is as low as they’ve gotten, including Black Friday and the 2025 holiday.

Considering where we are in the year right now, there’s no telling what could happen to price Apple’s best. It’s January after all, and it’s lucky that we’re once again seeing prices as stable and low as they are right now.

Amazon’s next big sales event, for example, won’t (probably) be until the end of March when it usually launches its first spring event. After that there are a few limited holiday events before Prime Day sales start in July and October, then again on Black Friday. We think we’ll see this potential offer at all those times, but it’s very unlikely outside of the big Prime and Black Friday events.

The point here is, if you’re looking to get a set in the early part of the year here, now is the time. Although ti may happen, it is unlikely that we will see the price drop in any way that it has now or anytime soon, and in fact, there is a good chance that prices will just go up here and at almost any time now.

Get in there while you can.
