Fitness 101: The smart, powerful Android guide to crushing your new year’s goals

This is a technical guide to fitness this is not the case for natural athletes, responsible dieters, and 10,000-step-a-day streakers who practice good lifestyle habits. For tired parents, fussy eaters, and indoor types search to have good health but struggle with it.

I am not a natural athlete. I was a chubby kid with asthma who got healthy through high school sports, then spent years regressing despite that I’m trying to stay active. It’s only in the last few years that I’ve lost a few pounds and am as fit as I was ten years ago.

I fully recommend this for two things: Following the advice of my fitness smartwatch and religiously sticking to my New Year’s resolutions. I set achievable goals at the beginning of the year again do I stick to them.

This Fitness 101 guide is designed to help my colleagues who need to curl up and hit the road to success. I’ve rounded up Starter Kits to help motivate you to reach your fitness goals, along with our best fitness guides for technology you can trust to be accurate (and affordable).

Personally, I’ve collected my favorite test articles in my weekly fitness column to reach my goals, like when I walk 10,000 steps every day or get up every hour.

When Quitter Day rolls around in mid-January, I think most people can stick to their New Year’s fitness resolutions if they have the right technology, plan, and mindset. I hope this guide will help you with that!
