T-Mobile subscribers’ worst nightmare happened on Friday (Update: IT-Mobile responds)

NOTE: IT-Mobile denies that any customer has lost their connection to IT-Mobile network during the T-Life outage. Our original report said that a few subscribers had problems and based on the email I received IT-Mobileany phone problem should have been coincidental and unrelated to the T-Life outage.
Statement from IT-Mobile It reads: “We encountered an internal IT problem on Friday morning that disrupted something IT-Mobile applications and systems. Our teams worked quickly to resolve the issue, and all systems are working normally once resolved. There was no impact on our network, including wireless or home internet service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to our customers and staff.”
The original story, with changes made to the sentences about phone customers, follows:

Considering that many customers are told to only use the T-Life app to manage their account, when T-Life goes down, customers and IT-Mobile both lost. It is not known exactly what caused the outage, although one possibility is that changes were made IT-MobileDashboard systems accidentally removed the problem. Access to T-Life came back a few hours later indicating that whatever caused the app to go down was a temporary problem and not a permanent one.
IT-Mobile denies that any customer has had a problem with its phone service
flawlessly, IT-Mobile has kept quiet about the outage not talking about it on its social media channels and through notifications on its customers’ devices. Speaking of these devices, most subscribers did not lose phone service, although a few have complained about losing connectivity IT-Mobile mobile network. Those who signed up are in the minority as many could not find information about their accounts and do any business with the carrier. IT-Mobile it says no mobile subscribers have lost their connection to the network.
It is possible that while the service is back for many, T-Life may remain inactive for a few subscribers.
