AirPods Pro 2 (USB-C): $209
Although the new AirPods Pro 3 have earned their place on our list of the best earbuds of 2026, the second generation of AirPods Pro still has a lot to offer. This updated version includes a USB-C and MagSafe charging case and is almost identical to the original AirPods Pro 2, except for one important feature. People who buy the Vision Pro headset will benefit from lossless audio when they plug in these earbuds. That’s probably a minor detail, but it’s still worth checking out, especially if Apple adds a similar feature to future iPhones and other hardware.
In our in-depth review, our expert emphasized that the AirPods Pro 2 feel like “a completely evolved, refined product that packs not only an impressive set of features but also high-level performance in a very small design.” For an extra $20 or $30, it’s probably worth upgrading to the new AirPods Pro 3, but you can still find second-generation pairs on sale if you want.
This Amazon deal drops the basic AirPods 4 by up to $100. Our AirPods 4 review noted that the new design fits a wider range of ears better, which is an advantage over the last generation.
AirPods 4 may not be as cheap or as small as AirPods 2, but they sound better and have more features.
Apple’s AirPods 4 with ANC are now discounted by $30, bringing them down to just $140. With active noise cancellation, they are ready to focus on work, during travel or other important activities. The powerful H2 chip makes it easy to turn on ANC in transparent mode whenever you need to stay alert. With a battery life of up to 4 hours on a single charge and an additional 20 hours when you take your case, these earbuds are perfect for long-distance travel plans and can tackle work meetings.
These received rave reviews from our audio expert David Carnoy, who called the noise cancellation “a game changer.” This offers much of what you expect from AirPods Pro 2, with an open earbud design. If you’re looking for over-ear headphones, the Beats Solo 4s are a great option. They’re one of our favorite pairs of on-ear headphones this year, praised by our reviewer for their sound quality, battery life and voice-calling performance. They don’t have active noise cancellation but they do support surround sound if you’re an Apple user. Plus, they deliver 50 hours of listening time per charge. Our review of Studio Buds called this a “surprise.” Our reviewer liked all of the buds but noted that “there could have been room for discounts on these Beats.” Considering these are up to $60 off, now is a great time to grab a pair.
These Beats Flex earbuds are a great option for people who want a wireless listening experience without a bulky pair of headphones. Perfect for workouts, phone calls or listening to your favorite podcast on the commute. And they’re only $49 right now, making them high-quality earbuds without the high price tag.
